AC/DC shocked the world when they announced that Axl Rose would be filling Brian Johnson’s shoes for the remainder of the dates they have for their current tour.

The band even offered fans refunds if they didn’t want to see AC/DC with Axl.

So far 7,000 fans have requested refunds.

Brian Johnson Releases Statement About AC/DC

Since AC/DC announced that Brian Johnson would not be a part of the rest of their current tour there has been a lot of speculation about what happened.

Today on the 36th anniversary of him joining the band Brian released a statement about his departure.

Here it is:

“As many AC/DC fans know, the remaining shows for the 2016 AC/DC Rock or Bust World Tour, including 10 postponed U.S. shows, are being rescheduled with a guest singer. Watch Angus Young On Stage With Guns N’ Roses

So the improbable and what many of us thought was impossible has been announced as fact. Axl Rose will actually be the fill in singer for AC/DC as they play the rest of the dates for their current tour.

Last night at Coachella Angus Young actually joined Guns N’ Roses on stage to run through the AC/DC classics “Whole Lotta Rosie” and “Riff Raff”. Check out some fan shot footage below.

AC/DC Announce Sebastian Bach As New Singer

Since the word broke that Brian Johnson would be leaving AC/DC due to hearing issues people have been speculating as to who would step into his shoes. Well honestly, we don’t know who it is. Saying that it is Sebastian Bach is just an April Fools prank.
